The IRTE Conference, 27 September, Leicester Marriott Hotel
Exploring the engineering issues that matter
The once-unassailable position of the diesel engine in transport is being eroded; low-emission zones and carbon cuts are promoting alternative fuels.
On the other hand, new vehicles’ sophisticated electronic control systems make them ever more efficient – and expensive. And that makes the engineering of HGVs and PSVs more challenging.
The pool of support skills is further diminished by the retirement of an older generation of technicians.
These are just some of the current issues facing transport managers and fleet engineers.
Join 250 delegates at the IRTE Conference where you can come and discuss these challenges and potential opportunities that these circumstances create, on Thursday 27 September 2018 at the Leicester Marriott hotel.
This well attended and highly respected annual conference, open to both IRTE members and non-members, will see industry professionals come together to explore the technical aspects of fleet engineering.
